ABC Wednesday

Time for ABC Wednesday again, and this time it's U, which is for unfinished, like the various knitting projects in this photo. The red one is a hat for a friend's currently unborn baby, which is on hold while I work on something for my new niece (it won't be needed for a while yet, after all). The yellow thing is the barely started beginnings of a cardigan for myself, while the white and yellow one is something I started making ages ago for a friend's baby before changing my mind and making something else instead. Eventually, I'm sure I'll finish all of them!

You wouldn't believe (or actually, you probable would!) the number of unfinished things of that sort that I have lying around! And I've lost the pattern for the pretty peach cable sweater I started back in 1989 or 1990. I hope your projects get finished sooner than mine.

I can't believe you're still working on that!! Hurry up and you might finish it in time for the wee princess - me and Kiki will be too big for it by now!

Nothing wrong about juggling five different projects at once...   Keeps life interesting...

'Unfinished', I wish I'd thought of that one I'd have filled a whole page!

Not knitting for me, but unfinished painting. Oh well, as you say, one day I'll finish it all.

How clever to be such a knitter! I was always bad at knitting socks.

sounds like my sewing projects, I have three quilts half finished that were supposed to be gifts for people at my wedding three years ago.

Cool idea for the U post. I wish I knew hot to knit, there are so may things to do! Being a Gemini I also have a pack of unfinished things, from wooden boxes paintings to dolls, so you're not alone! Congratulations on your new niece, blessed be her!
Kisses from Nydia.
