SkyWatch Friday

Ok, I liked the idea of SkyWatch, so I thought I'd join in - this is the sky as seen from the front window at the top of our house in Penarth, looking north and slightly east across Cardiff Bay. It was taken today at about 7.45pm. As a picture of the sky it's not the most interesting ever, but it's quite pretty and was available at short notice! Maybe I'll be able to get some more interesting shots for future attempts.

Visit Wiggers World to see more SkyWatch photos.

I too am thinking of joining in - I have a file full of pictures. You grew up appreciating the sky as a spectacle.

That's why it appealed to me - now I've got a dinky camera, I should start taking it around with me for this sort of thing.

I have also thought of joining in, but I already post in three, and I don't think I'd have enough time for all the extra visiting. Now if I could just get myself more organised ...

Great photos!
And well chosen ... I also liked seeing you named your blog Barbie Doll Futility ... I can almost assure there's no futility or barbie to be seen here!

Well, I think it is quite nice, really, and the colors are pleasant. It is a good photograph for Sky Watch Friday.

Welcome to Sky Watch! You've given us a very nice shot for your first contribution. Hope to see your posts regularly. Sky Watch Friday is amazing, isn't it? I can look at skies all around the world without ever leaving my home.

First a warm welcome to you and I do hope you enjoy Sky Watch... if you are so busy just pop by one or two... one of the things I insist on for sky watch is... 'Enjoyment'
If you find you have not much time do not fret or get stressed out that's not what I want at all ha!

..."it's not the most interesting ever"... In fact, I would like to wake up and see a so beautiful view! That's a place where one can "breathe".
Welcome in the team of Sky Watchers.

That's a lovely view and very helpful of the sky to be nice and clear when you need it to be! I do miss being able to see sea and sky from my window.
